Re: Season Ticket Downloads and Covid Passes
As I am sure you will all know by now, there will be some major changes at the Amex this season. Please ensure that you have downloaded your season ticket (or arranged alternative entry method) AND obtained a Covid Pass before the season starts.
1. Season ticket download
Last year’s season ticket will no longer admit you to into the Amex. Season ticket holders will have received an email from BHA on or around 23rd July with details of the new ticket arrangements. If you have not yet read this, please do so.
If you have a smart phone, please download your season ticket onto your phone as per the instruction in the BHA email or go to the following link for further details:
If you do not own a smart phone, please request an alternative method of entry before 6th August. This can be done on-line at:
Alternatively, you can call BHA Supporters Services on 01273 668855 to arrange a postal application. However, they are very busy and you may have to wait a long time or request a call-back.

2. NHS Covid Passes and Photo ID
To enter the Amex this season, all over 18s will also need a NHS Covid Pass (or proof of a recent negative lateral flow test) and photo identification (e.g. passport, driving licence). Again, you will have received an email from BHA on or around 4th July with details – please read this carefully. If you have a smart phone, you can store your digital Covid Pass on your phone. Alternatively, you can download a printable PDF copy via the NHS App or request a paper copy through the post by phoning 119.
